Why do I have to pay a screen/set-up charge and
what does it mean?
For each colour a plate has to be made (a plate
is like a stencil, where the ink is taken from). It also takes time to
set up the machine for each colour.
Why do you not offer full colour process printing?
The materials we use in the air freshener board to maintain the fragrance
for an extended time are best suited to the spot colour process (usually
4 or less colours).
What is the lead time on my order?
Usually 3-4 weeks from sign off of the artwork. To maintain the highest
quality our air fresheners go through many processes before they are complete.
How long does the fragrance last?
Shelf life when sealed is around 2 years. Once
opened 2-3 Weeks.
Are the air fresheners individually bagged?
Yes, all of our air fresheners are supplied individually
flow-wrapped as standard.
Which fragrances are available?

page for more information. Here you will find the most popular fragrances.
Our fragrances are always under review so that you always have the latest
and best fragrances on the market. Other specific fragrances may be sourced
for your order though this could incur an extra charge.
Can other fragrances be supplied which are not
on your list?
We will source any particular fragrance you are interested in - please
contact us with your needs.
How do I place an order?

What are your payment terms?
We take payment with order. You can either pay
by cheque, credit card, or a bank transfer.
Is it possible to recieve a sample of an air freshener
before placing an order?
Yes, please contact us, stating what shape and
fragrance you would like.
What format do you prefer artwork supplied as?
Ideally supplied as these formats: Adobe Illustrator
10 or Corel Draw 8. If you do not have either of these formats, send us
what you do have. It may be possible for us to re-draw the artwork for
you.
What shapes are available, and is it possible to
use a shape of our own preference?

Currently: Circle, Square, Oval, Triangle and Rectangle. We recommend
the square shape because this gives a generous print area, aswell as fitting
the bag better than the other shapes. A square shape also tends to collect
and absorb more fragrance once sealed in the bag. A custom shape will
be subject to a cutter charge, however we can fulfil this requirement
for you.
